Shipping
We endeavour to ship all orders as soon as possible, the vast majority of orders in before 3 O’clock Monday-Friday will be sent same day for delivery next working day. Please however allow 2-3 days for delivery as delays can occur.
UK Standard First Class
Shipping is a flat rate of £3.99 Orders under 1.5Kg will be sent Royal Mail, orders over 1.5Kg may be sent via courier. Order should normally arrive next working day, although please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Orders may take upto 15 working days. If you order has not arrived within 15 working days please contact us. Unfortunatly we cannot consider your order lost until 15 working days from the date of dispatch. If you need your order more urgently please use our Special Delivery/Courier option.
UK Mainland Special Delivery/Courier
For more urgent orders please use our Special Delivery/Courier service, orders will be sent via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express courier for delivery next working day on a fully tracked, traced and insured service. Shipping starts at £5.99 and increases depending on the weight of your order, you will be able to view the cost of shipping at the checkout for the items in your basket at that time.
Scotland and UK Overseas over 1.5KG:
Orders over 1.5kg may incur a surcharge depending on the weight and size of the item. If your order requires a surcharge you will be contacted to confirm you are willing to pay the additional postage and packing.
Europe:
European orders are charged depending on the weight of the total order. The shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout by the weight of the items in your basket.
European orders will be sent Royal Mail Airmail Recorded delivery and you will be issued a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.*
Non-Europe International:
Non-Europe International orders are charged depending on the weight of the total order. The shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout by the weight of the items in your basket.
Non-Europe International orders will be sent Royal Mail Airmail Recorded delivery and you will be issued a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.*
*All orders from outside the UK will require additional security checks such as a scan of the card used to place the order and a recent utility bill showing the name and address from which the order originated.
Exceptions:
Dragging Sleds are a large and awkward item to ship, although the shipping is still only £3.99 please allow up to 10 days for delivery of this item.
Trade
We endeavour to ship all orders as soon as possible, the vast majority of orders in before 12 O’clock will be sent same day for delivery next working day. Please however allow 2-4 days for delivery as delays can occur.
UK Mainland:
Orders less than £300 will be charged on a sliding weight scale. Orders over £300 will have free shipping. All orders are sent either Royal Mail Special Delivery or recorded courier.
If you want an item drop shipped, simply place the customers address in the delivery address and we will sent the item and an packing slip to the customer. The packing slip will not contain any price information or branding. You will receive an electronic invoice for the item to your email address.
UK Overseas:
Orders will be shipped on a sliding weight scale. Shipping will be calculated depending on the weight of the your order. Shipping will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS. Select "UK Mainland Trade" as the shipping method at the check out but additional surcharges may be required. We will contact you to advise and agree payment of any surcharges before dispatching your order.
Europe:
Orders will be shipped on a sliding weight scale. Shipping will be calculated depending on the weight of the items in your basket at the checkout. Shipping will be via UPS.
Trade Collection:
If you have an account with any other courier you would prefer to use select "Trade Collection" and put submit your couriers name and your account number in the Notes box and we will call your courier to arrange the collection on your account.
Returns Policy for Fight Wear and Supplements
Fight Wear UK only
All fight wear clothing items come with a free exchange policy provided the goods are returned to us in new condition* with all tags still in place.
You can exchange any clothing item because of its size, colour, style or fit absolutely free, there are no handling or admin fees and not even a second postage fee, all you pay is the cost of returning the item to us.
Clothes can be exchanged for any item of equal value, or if you wish for an item of different value and the balance will be credited/debited.
If you require a refund, we will refund you the full value of the item but sadly we cannot refund the P&P costs.
If you wish to exchange and item or request a refund simply return it to the address on the top left of your invoice with the invoice included and a note on the invoice explaining what you would like and we will endeavour to swap and dispatch your order on the same day we receive it.
Once you receive an item please treat it with the utmost care ensure you are eligible for an exchange or refund as damaged or worn goods will not be replaced/refunded. Whilst removal of packaging or bags is fine you may not be eligible for an exchange or refund for actions including but not limited to:
- Removal of tags
- Exposure to cigarette smoke
- Exposure to deodorant/perfume/cologne/aftershave
- Washing
- Ironing
- Wearing beyond 'trying it on'
- Use in training
- Crumpling
- Exposure to water/moisture
- Getting the item dirty
- Tears or damage
When you receive an order please inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if there are any problems.

Fight Wear International
Fight wear returned from outside the UK will require additional postage equal to the original postage and packaging charge to be exchanged. International exchanges must meet the same criteria as UK exchanges.

We regret that due to the nature of supplements as a food we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on supplements.
