1. Definitions
1.1 In these conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
1.2 ‘User’ means the person who views, enters or uses the Nutritech Ltd. Site

2. Conditions applicable
2.1 These Conditions shall apply to all Users
2.2 Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and
conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in
writing by the Seller.
3. Third Party Websites
As a convenience to Users, the Nutritech Ltd. Site includes links to other
websites or material that is beyond its control. The Seller is not responsible
for the content on the Internet or the world wide web.
4. Advertising and Sponsorship
Part of the Nutritech Ltd. Site may contain advertising and sponsorship.
Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted
for inclusion on the Nutritech Ltd. Site complies with the relevant laws and
codes. The Seller will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in
advertising and sponsorship material.
5. International Use
The Seller makes no promise that materials on the Nutritech Ltd. Site are
appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and
accessing the Nutritech Ltd. Site from territories where its contents are
illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If they choose to access this site from
locations outside the United Kingdom, a User do so on their own initiative and

6. Limitations

regulations or code of practice

6.1.4. interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Nutritech

6.1.5. breaching any laws concerning the use of public telecommunications

6.1.6. interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the

6.1.7. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected

6.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Nutritech

Users indemnify the Seller against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses
reasonably suffered or incurred by the Seller, all damages awarded against us
under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums
paid by the Seller as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in
connection with:
6.2.1. any claim by any third party that the use of the Nutritech Ltd. Site by a
User is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic
nature, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation
or code of practice;
6.2.2. any claim by any third party that the use of the Nutritech Ltd. Site
by a User infringes that third party's copyright or other intellectual property
rights of whatever nature; and
6.2.3. any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading
body or authority in connection with the use of the Nutritech Ltd. Site by a
User.
7 Availability of Nutritech Ltd. Site
7.1 The Seller makes no promise that the services at the Nutritech Ltd Site will
meet a User’s requirements. The Seller cannot guarantee that the service will be
fault free. If a fault occurs in the service a User should report it to the
Seller and the Seller will attempt to correct the fault as soon as it reasonably
can be.
7.2 Users’ access to the Nutritech Ltd Site may be occasionally restricted to
allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or
services. The Seller will attempt to restore the service as soon as it
reasonably can.
8 Electronic communications
When Users visit the Nutritech Ltd Site or send e-mails to the Seller, Users are
communicating with the Seller electronically. The Seller communicates with Users
by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, Users
consent to receive communications from the Seller electronically and Users agree
that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that the
Seller provides to Users electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such
communications be in writing. This condition does not affect User’s statutory
rights.
9 Losses
The Seller will be responsible for any losses a User suffers as a result of the
Seller breaching these Conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to
both the User and the Seller when the User commenced using the website. The
Seller will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits,
revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure)
or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable
to both the User and the Seller when the User commenced using the Nutritech Ltd.
Site. The Seller does not limit in any way liability by law for death or
personal injury caused from the Seller’s negligence or breach of duty.
10 Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Nutritech Ltd. Site,
policies, and the Conditions at any time. Users will be subject to the
Conditions in force at the time that the User uses the website or that the User
order goods from the Seller, unless any change to those policies or these
conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case
it will apply to orders previously placed by the User).
