XFGear use a “flat lock stitching” pattern. This pattern uses multiple needles to achieve its rope-like pattern
giving you unmatched strength and durability.
The cut of XFGear Tight Fit Rashguards utilize a Raglen cut for the sleeves to give you more room and less irritation.
XFGear have spent years perfecting their printing processes to give
you something this market has never seen before. Their printing processes are completely original
and only offered through XFGear, there is nothing like it. Fused printing is quite simply the fusing together of their
Rashguard with a special material we use to produce our logos with. This material gives us the ability to use several
different colors in the same graphic. This process, which they have extensively tested, is similar
to traditional screen-printing. However, it will not crack, peel or fade and lasts up to 10 times
longer. Fuzed logoing is available on any color Rashguard and available in a multitude of color choices.
XFgears Rattoo process gives them the ability to do what no
one else has been able to before. With their Rattoo process they can permanently dye their
Rashguards with a full color spectrum, giving you a photo quality image. This is a fully breathable
print that will not fade or crack. This process is only available on their white Rashguards.
XFGear’s production operates on a “turn-key” model. This
basically means they are a “one stop shop” for fight gear. They do everything in-house,
from graphics to actual production and printing. Their mill is located in the U.S.A.
so all our products are 100% American made. This gives them more control over our products than
any other fight company out there.
